To further improve platform stability and service reliability, we will perform scheduled system maintenance during the following maintenance window:

August 3, 2026, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM PDT
(August 4, 2026, 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM Beijing Time, UTC+8)

During this maintenance window, the RAKsmart Client Portal will be temporarily unavailable. As a result, you will not be able to access or use any portal features during this period.

We recommend planning your activities accordingly to minimize any potential impact on your operations.

Our team will make every effort to complete the maintenance as quickly as possible and restore all services promptly.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.
