RAKsmart官网如何提交工单？

1、进入raksmart官网后，点击“登陆”按钮进入用户后台，点击“工单”进入工单页面，点击“提交新工单”进行问题工单发布；如图所示：

2、填写您想咨询的具体问题，并填写想要推送给处理工单的部门及工单优先级后，点击“提交”按钮。如图：

3、点击“提交”按钮后会产生工单信息，对应工作人员会进行工单处理，您可以通过“工单”页面了解对应工单状态。
